I ordered the Xyz davinci 1.0A from Newegg and It arrived yesterday. After reading all the give instructions and and checking and re-cecking that the printer was set up properly I selected the “demo” print from the utilities section. The print bed and extruder all seemed to move and function properly aside from the fact that the filament would not feed through the nozl. I have no idea what to do.

My guess is that the nozzle may not be heating to allow the filament to go through or the drive is loose - slipping. Maybe something else is binding the filament.
Try the print again and look for movement of the extruder stepper motor, it should be located on the right side on the back of the X carriage. If the shaft is moving, this might mean two things, the gear being stripped(unlikely but possible) and that the hotend is clogged from testing and the plastic is stopped from coming out. To fix the clogged hotend, you will most likely be successful by heating the hotend and puting a needle through the nozzle. If it doesnt work, you will unfortunatelly need to get the hotend out and get a pear of pliers and take out a short piece of plastic. It is also possible that the filament got stripped and the gear cant push it anymore. Let me know if you need any more help.
