BigBuilder dual feeder Simplify3D profile file?

Hello guys,

I’m stuck with S3d not downloading profiles from their server, anybody with a BigBuilder Original dual feeder could export the profile FFF file for me?

(Or anyone who can successfully execute the assitant in S3d to add that profile then export it for me :-))
