BEWARE. @dhavalshub is a thief. I placed an order with him over a week and a half ago and he said it would be done and shipped out right away. He accepted my $50 for the print but has since been non-responsive. I have written several times inquiring about my order and nothing but crickets on his end. I have issued a formal complaint with 3Dhubs and have requested a full refund. I hope this kind of neglect and disrespect is reprimanded and that 3dhubs issues strikes against accounts like his. It is bad for the overall community when this happens. I filed my complaint 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a response from the 3dhubs team. Is there anything else I can do?

Dont worry, he doesn’t get the money until the order is marked as shipped or picked up, and even then he has to wait another 10days before getting paid. Unless you confirm from the order page that you got the part and it is acceptable.Then the process gets sped up

Thanks so much Tabbot I almost added that to my post. (; This is just the 2nd print I’ve made thru 3dhubs trying to get my prototype off the ground and I’m sure there’s good people out there. Once I get my refund I will reach out! Thanks again I really appreciate it
