Hello,
I recently started using PVA, Carbon Reinforced ABS, and HIPS. I read somewhere that these filaments tend to wear on the extruder nozzles. I didn’t think much of it, but yet, I found myself a week later dealing with a clogged nozzle. I thought it was a normal clog, but it ended up clogging after every print. So I was told I needed a wear resistant nozzle. I found a couple, and I know I need an MK10 Nozzle, but I also want one that prints at 0.1mm layer height. Can anyone find me a nozzle that is mk10, wear resistant, uses 1.75mm filament, supports 0.1mm layer heights, and is decent? Here are ones that I found, I don’t know how well they would work, here you go.

Micro-Swiss at least is reliable. I am using their all metal hot end but have not used wear resistant nozzles.
I’ll be interested also to see what others think since I really need to get some.
Brass, compared to steel, is very soft. So you will have wear with exotic materials. Carbon Fiber will really wear a nozzle. Think about 1-3 nozzles per spool. HIPS and PVA should not produce much wear.
This one is steel. Nozzles - 3DXTECH
