I would like to ask which material for 3d printing will be the best in my application. I have to do the mold (approximately 10x5 cm), which structure is like a cuvette. Inside the printed cuvette will be put pvc material and that will be heated up to 200 degree of C per 1 hour. I tested the PLA material and it was stable in high temperature, but surfaces of cuvette were not smooth enough.

You mean you have put stuff heated at 200°C per 1 hour in a mold made out PLA ???

well, congrats or there must be an error with the numbers here …

if the cuvette is not smooth enough for your application, you could try sanding it. However PLA is not the easiest material to sand (I’ve been told).
