when I try to print, my bed drops 15mm then starts printing (air printing). Is it from how my marlin is set up? I’m using a Davinci AIO with a ramps 1.4 and Repetier Host.

First of all, I want to say that I had a Davinci 1.0 Pro.
That printer was a nightmare for me, and I would not recommend anything from Davinci, as they have awful customer service, and can never help you with anything.
I believe your issue is in the print settings. I would recommend using software such as Cura, ReplicatorG, or Slic3r for your prints (unless using SD).

What I’ve been doing is start the print, hit pause, home Z and then print. It only does the 15mm drop at the very beginning of the process. It wasn’t doing until I did a Marlin upload. I’m thinking it’s something in there, I just don’t know where
