bed and extruder shakes and clicks

my mini 3d printer sometimes makes a clicking noise and either the bed or the extruder will shake , what it wrong? and what can i do to fix it ?

If you have a Monoprice Mini 3D printer, that happens after you cancel a print and then try to print another.

Power-cycle the machine after canceling a print. Turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on

again.
