Just received a Delta WASP 20 x 40 today. Printed one of the preloaded files from the supplied SD card. Attempted to plug my computer into it via the USB port. The LCD display went blank, so I unplugged the computer, and turned off the machine. Once I restarted the 3D printer, the base plate won’t heat up. The temperature just reads “low” and doesn’t change. Any ideas?

Have you managed to fix this issue? I have the same problem.

I didn’t manage to fix my 2040 but I did find that manual heating the bed plate with a heat gun to 30C caused the printer to start reading the temp and turn on the heater. Prints fine after that. A hair drier would probably work as well.
