Anyone know what might be causing this?
Have you recently upgraded your firmware?
Is this something that just started? Is this new, or has it always done this.
You will notice that I have now typed many more words than you have, so you might try providing some real information for us to trouble shoot.
Printer? material? Software? Events leading up to this issue?
Get the idea?

Hi Sean_McGrarth,
Try cleaning up the nozzle as it might be a beginning of a clog.
Hope it works!
