I’ve come here today because I’m finally fed up of the problems and oversights of the Auto Ordering program.
Time and Time again, 3D Hubs allows customers to choose a shipping option which Clearly defines their part would not fit in it. I have cheap options which use a bubble packet, and allow for parts up to 2cm thick, and yet almost every time I have an auto complete order, they have selected this option.
I’m getting tired of burning 20$ In shipping, on a 30$ Order, simply because they have implemented a feature which is clearly not refined enough yet, and not ready for public use.
As well, the auto ordering system does not charge Tax. This is a big problem, as now our company as the hub is left to eat the price of tax, as well as our cut to 3D Hubs, leaving us with practically no margins on parts that should have been easily profitable.
Does anyone else have these issues or know of ways to fix them?
