See the post here that has so far garnered zero responses. Perhaps I’ll have more luck here -

'I’m running Astrobox 0.8 on a Raspberry Pi 2 hooked up to a Flashforge Creator Pro running Sailfish 7.7. I am slicing prints using Simplify 3D and uploading the x3g files to the AstroBox through the astrobox.local interface.

This works most of the time, but sometimes I will have one or both heaters (bed+extruder) turn off while printing. The printer doesn’t stop moving the heads around when this happens. The heaters simply turn off and eventually material stops extruding as the head cools down. I’ve never had this issue while printing from an SD card.

Any ideas?’

This is very unusual and we need to get our CTO looped into the conversation. We haven’t had other users bring up this issue. Here is the ideal thing to do to help us figure out what is going on: Go to SETTINGS, then ADVANCED, then turn on LOGS. The next time the issue happens, go back to the ADVANCED section and click SEND LOGS. That will send the logs straight to our tech team. They can then look through and see exactly what caused the error. It would be good if you can also open a support ticket (if you haven’t already) so that we can start tracking this issue. Sorry about any inconvenience this has caused!
