Im not sure about you, but I’d Like to print more, for cheaper…
Roughly 60-80% cheaper…
But it could be even less if I get more people involved!!
As the name suggests, I’d like to crowdfund/crowdsource (via building one ourselves) a filament extruder, and make our own filament from pellets for about 4-8 bucks a kg. I’ve done a good amount of research on the topic and wanted to see if anyone else would like to get in on it?

I also once had the idea of building an extruder for filament, but didn’t have the time to do it alone, maybe grouping up would make this possible.

I would be interested in a cooperative/fee per use filament extruder so I can recycle failed prints.
