We tried using the powertool embedded widget on our website www.nbmakers.com, it work pretty well dont know why 3D Hubs still charge 12.5% on every order.

Is there any way to know from where the customer is processing the order? 3D hubs claim that the orders directly placed via powertool widget from website will have 7.5 % service fee deduction.

Hmmm… hey @NBMakerspace, the service fee for orders coming via the order widget power tool should be 7.5%, instead of 12.5%. Nothing’s changed in this regard, so could you please email me at gabriela@3dhubs.com a couple of order examples, so we can check a few things for you? It looks like something might be off. Apologies for any inconvenience
