I’m new to 3d printing, but not new to automated manufacturing, i.e. CNC. Anyway, I bought a Anet A8 to play around with just to see if I liked 3d printing. This particular model came with a heated bed. The printer worked great up until today. I run a g code to manually level my print bed. I had the printer set to 60 degrees Celsius and the nozzle to 180 degrees while doing this. I got the bed level and went to run my model. The nozzle showed the temp fluctuation like normal, but the bed temp read 100 degrees Celsius. It will start a print with normal PLA settings but the bed will not heat. If I set it to pre heat for ABS (230 Nozzle, 110 bed), the bed will heat up and the nozzle will heat up, but the print will not start. Anyone have any ideas? I’m guessing it’s a mainboard issue.
