They haven’t paid out any of my recent jobs and I’m getting fed up. I’ve attempted to contact people over there and get nothing. I just called the NYC office to get a very generic answering machine message. Starting to feel like I’m getting scammed.

Apologies, indeed something went wrong on our side. I have solved the issue now and after writing this email, I will directly transfer the money to your account.
I have informed my US colleagues, and they will check what is happening with the phone. Thanks for your notification though!

@FabianT Thank you for the response and resolution. I have received the payment, feel free to delete this post. I would not have posted this publicly, but there’s no easy method for a hub owner to contact support. It would be helpful to add a support contact form or chat for hub owners.

I had a similar issue, it took more than 2 weeks to receive payment. I sent an email to one of the support members for an order. I received payment shortly after…not sure whats going on.

That’s actually a good point. Will talk with the devs next week to see if we could add a sort of “contact support” button somewhere for Hubs outside orders as well. Sorry for the delays, Cheers and happy Holidays!

Glad this was resolved, I haven’t see this issue myself but glad I don’t have to worry about it now.
