For the last half hour or so, I’ve been unable to open an order from my orders page; when I click on the order I just get an error and can’t respond to the customer. Am I the only experiencing this, or is it happening to others?

Seems to be working for me. I have noticed sometimes the site gets super slow in that area

We had the same issue a week ago. Just wait 1-2 hours and it should be fixed. We had to wait an hour and then it loaded correctly without an error.
