I got a faulty i3 Mega in November and since then I’m struggling to get anycubic’s attention. Is it just me, or is anycubic’s support indeed basically non-existing?

(So far I could trace the problem to a dead regulator in the ‘motherboard’, i.e. the front panel doesn’t get powered and the printer is essentially dead. I’m so disappointed with anycubic that I just want to chuck the whole thing away…)
