recently purchased my 1st 3d printer (as the title says) and for the life of me i cannot get the dam thing working, i followed the manual to the T and that didn’t work (arduino wouldn’t even upload to the printer to start with), downloaded various software programs that all claim to “make life easier”, none of those would talk to it (over usb) i have tried everything i can think of, eventually i managed to get the firmware uploaded only to find that when hard reset the printer now displays two rows of white boxes on the LCD, and thats where i am currently stuck at, right now its an expensive lump of metal and plastic. My question is… is there anyone near caerphilly, wales uk that can either set this up for me or assist me to get it set up (live) for a fee of course i dont expect anything for free. please someone get back to me.
