Anycubic Linear Kossel Bed Height Problems

Hi guys,

Recently I ordered the anycubic kossel linear from amazon and after I got it assembled I started calibration. I leveled the center point, then I leveled the 3 outside points they tell you to level. When I homed Z though, the nozzle was 3mm or so away from the build plate. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You can also lower the end stops
