Hey all! I’m new to the forum. I’ve done some searching, but I haven’t found my problem yet. ANYWAY, my issue is when i try to print, from an SD card or computer, nothing happens. I put the printer together correctly, I uploaded the supplied google drive arduino firmware, and I’ve calibrated it the best I could. Although i’m still having trouble getting all points flat(radius setting) but thats not my main concern. I pull up Pronterface, “home” the printer, load a gcode from Cura and hit print… nothing happens. i insert the SD card into the printer, “home” the printer, use the clicker-wheel to “print from SD” and nothing happens! this is getting really frustrating. I searched YouTube I’ve searched Google. I’ve search this forum. I have found nothing to troubleshoot. I’ve reloaded the firmware. still no print. all I am trying to print is the small calibration cube. I have a feeling that with my luck, it’s something stupid simple that I missing. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I got this printer so that I could start Proto typing parts for my car. I don’t want my dreams to die!

I still don’t know what the exact reason is, but i cannot print off an SD card. maybe it’s the SD card itself, it did come with the kit, it may be cheap. So i ended up redownloading the firmware and recalibrated the printer which was WAY easier the second time. Then I found that before you up send the updated code to the printer, you need to reset the failsafe on the printer. Then I used to cura and print from the computer and the printer actually started printing. hope this helps
