Howdy there folks!
So, total newbie to the wonderful world of 3d printer assembly. I’ve been working with them in terms of printing for almost 3 years now, but I’ve never actually built one.
I purchased a Kossel Delta Linear printer with the hopes I wouldn’t be too lost. BOY was I wrong. The assembly itself went fairly smoothly as I’ve got a mind for mechanics, but when it came to configuring the firmware and actually printing I came up a bit short.
The trouble seems to come from extruding, when I try and do anything it fights me. The symptoms range from a high-pitched whine from the stepper to absolutely nothing happening. It’ll jitter and click in the beginning and then just stop altogether if I don’t baby it.
On top of that, some of the parts that came in the Anycubic kit were *ahem* rather cheap. So if anyone knows somewhere I can buy replacement parts that AREN’T an entire kit, it would be greatly appreciated.
