My power suply of my Anet a8 sparks when i attatch it to 220 volt. Everything is well connected ( i hope so ) thanks

Hi, did You put the switch on 220v mode?

I use a normal computer ATX power supply. I never used the original one.

You need to add an on/off switch, or, you need to use an outlet that has a switch. I plugged mine into an outlet strip that I leave it plugged into, and use the switch on the strip to turn it on and off.

Its fixt it was bad soldering did it myself thanks

On the left side from the power suply you have an switch for 110V and 220V. But when the power suply spark is it broken.

Did you flip the switch to 220?
