Hi! I got a new A8 and it is not pushing filament through the nozzle. If I push it manually it works, but when testing the extruder motor the filament is not pushed through: see this video.
I thought I had a bad motor at first but I swapped it around with the Y motor and the behavior is the same.
What could be the cause of this?
