Depends on your comfort level and how fast you want it. There are EU and US companies on ebay that can deliver in 1-2 weeks. I ordered mine from China, expecting 6-8 week wait, and received it in 3-weeks. These are DIY kits, and the “3D Printer Instruction–The Newest Anet A8 3D Printer Part 1/Part2” by David Dan are an excellent set of build videos. tools and a usb stick with the same videos are included in the kit.
