Hello,
I’ve been researching the <£300 3d market and these two are my favourite.
I like the A3 because it’s in a self contained box and is only 32x34x38cm in size!
But the A6 basically performs the same as the A3 but is a little bigger and is £80 cheaper.
My question is, does anyone have experience with either of these printers and if they do with the A6…Can I place it right up against a wall? Does the print bed go further back than the end of the power supply?
Cheers!

Yeah the A8 is also a possibility but I like the scroll wheel of the A6 instead of the clicky buttons of the A8. Does the print bed of the A8 go further back than the psu?
Both of these are good printers for less than £300, the A3 is nice as it is more enclosed and stable + it looks neater, but does have a smaller build area, (you can also buy it fully assembled which depending on your reason for buying a 3d printer may or may not be a benefit).
The A6 (or A8) you cant place right up against a wall as the heat be does move past the back (and front) of the printer (beyond where the edge of the psu) but does offer a larger print volume and there is already a large community of owners (on Facebook groups) that can help you out with common problems, these only come as DIY kits though.
hope that helps you make your choice
I would say to o with the a8. I have it and it is great. It has a larger print bed and taller print capabilities.
The a3 would be good for abs but do keep in mind that all of these printers require you to put them together or pay more for preassembled
the a6 and a8 printbed extends beyond the power supply, but the power supply is mounted vertically
Hope this helps
Yes it does, the buttons are quite hard to push

Ah ok so the A6 probably does as well. I guess I’ll go with the A3 then

Yeah, originally I wanted a geeetech g2s pro since it’s a delta and I can put it up against the wall but there are problems with that one so I had to settle on a different one and so far the A3 looks to be the best for what I need
