Allow custom names for printers

Hi there!

I offer three quality settings on the same printer with different pricing, but customers (and me) cannot tell the printers apart on the orders page, because they all have - of course - the same name…

Allowing custom names e.g. “Reprap - high” or “Reprap - medium” for printers would be a solution for that problem.
