Recently, I built a kossel printer which has linear rail for high-accuracy. I didn’t calibrate the level with autolevel probing. After calibrated manually, it worked well days ago. However, yesterday, after it printed this model, I found that the model was printed abnormally, which can be seen in this picture. I don’t know what causes this problem. What’s weird is that, in the mean time, I find I can’t calibrate the level of the platform: The Z axis of the point near X tower is 4.2, Y is 4.2, Z is 4.2, but the midpoint of XY is 4.6, XZ is 3.9, YZ is 4.6, and Origin Point (0,0,0) is 4.2. I try to tighten the screws, but it doesn’t work. Really can’t find the cause of this problem. Help some one can help me! Thanks!!
