Hi Guys,

I’m setting a date for our first meetup this year. How does the date and time sit with everyone?

I’d love to catch up with everyone, share experiences, successes and failures and work together to grow our hubs. If you’d like to bring along a machine to show that would be really cool. We do have a rather large table area to set up and demo.

I do have a good venue with loads of space in Hendon, which is easy to get to, is quiet, and has loads of parking.

Look forward to hearing from everyone!

I’m interested in joining. Have you had adelaide meet ups before? How many people attend?

Hi Greg,

It’d be great to have you along! We had the 3D Hubs Adelaide Launch at the end of last year at the Inner West BEC where we had a couple of guys from 3D Hubs come along, including the gents from Adelaide 3D Printing who were great to talk to.

We tried to get a meeting happening in December, but didn’t get a response. And then it was the Christmas/New Year shutdown, so this is the first one for the year.

We’re at Hendon, just off of Tapleys Hill Road, so it’s easy to get to with plenty of parking.

We’re aiming for a pretty informal event, just a meet and great to start networking is in the 3D Hubs/3DP community here in Adelaide.

It’s Today!

Hey Everyone,

Just a reminder that the meetup it today, 6pm at 3 Butler Drive, Hendon.

The main entrance to the building has the awning and bushes out the front, and we’ll catch up in the games room downstairs.

As this is the first meetup of the Adelaide 3D Hubs team, could you all have a think about what you’d like to get out of future meetups and let us know. 3D Hubs has been talking about supplying things like filament samples for people to try out and demonstration/lessons learned sessions could be useful for sharing some knowledge.
