I have set up my hub so that it cost around $30 for the large marvin in 100 microns. In my pricing page it says that is would cost the buyer 30.02 for a large marvin.I load the Large marvin into the buying process to see what it would look like when the buyer purchases an order. I found that there was an +$18 charge to print in 100 microns. I am wanting to remove this up charge but cannot find the settings to do so. Is this just a thing I have to deal with or can i change it? I have tried contacting the New York Offices but all i got is I added these charges but yet I never did. Anyone know whats going on.

I am looking into this case. It seems like on the Online 3D Printing Service | Instant 3D Printing Quotes | Hubs page only one of the layer heights is shown - That’s a problem. I’ll be checking it with the team asap.
Also, I see the differences between prices shown in your price preview and 3Dprint page. Will get back to you as soon as I know something about the situation
