Blue painters tape can work, glue sticks sometimes work, but I have found that making a sludge out of scrap abs and acetone works best. Find a small container(I bought empty nail polish containers off Amazon in a 12 pack, has a nice little brush) put in scrap abs and add acetone, let it melt into a nice sludge and paint it on the bed where you plan to print. Sticks very well, almost too well. You will have to pry the print off the bed. It would work a lot better if you could get the bed up to110c also. Been using this method for a long time.
acetone is next step, never been able to get print bed above 84c takes forever, bed should go up to 120c.
still no joy, got print bed to 88c max, will he acetone mes up my printbite bed, as its great for pla
Hi Chris,
For ABS you need to get the bed much warmer, around 120c
