Hello, my 3dhubs account is still not visible, what is the reason therefore? How can it be fixed?

Hey @R3D_Printing, I see from your Hub dashboard that your verification is still in progress. Once you complete all the verification steps, and in your case I see the last step is verifying your contact details (phone number), your hub will become visible. I hope that helps!

Hello, thanks for your answer! Unfortunately it doesn’t help: yesterdays I finished all verification steps and my hub is still not visible. Could you check what may be another problem? Thanks in advance!

That’s really strange. I took a look at your profile and it’s complete so you should be visible. I would suggest you contact Customer Support as there might be a bug in the system and they will be able to fix it.

At the end I solved it! The pickup delivery option was not activated, therefore I was not visible. Now I’m visible :smiley: Thanks anyway !
