From what I understand, the discounts on filament with 3DHubs is only available online and no where else.

Every time I order stuff from Europe it block at the customs and I get very expensive fees in addition to the already expensive shipping. This makes the discount not even worth the trouble even at 20-25%.

We have an official retailer for Colorfabb in Montreal, Canada. Why can’t I use a discount there and save on shipping, customs and weeks of delivery?

I’m with you. I would love to be able to use the discount at Voxel Factory. I can mention it to François next time I go. I’m sure he’d be willing to settle some deal with Colorfabb and 3D hub.
