Hello,

I want to ask you that what is the best microns use in 3D printing less than 100 microns or more than 100 microns

The microns indicate the thickness of one layer in the print, generally speaking : More microns -> thicker layers -> no smooth, but wavy surface -> very strong And Less microns -> thinner layers -> smooth surface, fine details -> not as strong Printing at 0,05mm aka 50 micron is usually enough to get very good quality prints. Thicker layers make clear materials more translucent and those prints get printed much faster. If your object doesn’t have to have a perfect surface, 100-250 micron will give you very nice results. Hey @Khevendra ,

Here’s what I recommend : Go to our best 3D printer guide: Best 3D Printer Guide 2023 | Hubs and see which printer fits you the best

i would always go for a 0.4mm, you can go smaller but they tend to block easily and wreck your prints.
