Hi everyone. I need to 3D print some parts in rubber-like material in a certain color (neon green in my case). I can’t seem to find this available anywhere on 3D hubs. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!

What do you mean by “rubber-like”? If you just want something more flexible than standard plastic, TPE and TPU derived filaments are an option; Ninjaflex and Semiflex are two popular brands of these materials. Ninjflex has tons of color options, and I know they have a very vibrant green one availble (NinjaTek NinjaFlex Grass Green TPU Filament - 1.75mm (0.5kg) | MatterHackers). Soft PLA is also an option (also get this in lime green), but this really depends on what material properties you’re after.

If you’re more after the material properties of rubber, like wear resistance and toughness, that might be a little trickier to come by. I’ve attached some data sheets I have on hand for some of the flexible materials out there (via this Dropbox - Filament Data Sheets (PUBLIC) - Simplify your life); take a look at them and see if any material fits your needs!

I could print in ninjaflex. here is a listing of the colors I can get https://www.lulzbot.com/store/filament/ninjaflex The lulzbot green is somewhat neon green

I have FlexPLA to print with. I also have rubber like material, but that is black or white.

But, I don’t have neon green.

KG, that would be absolutely fantastic. Thank you! I am just getting approval from my customer. After he agrees, I will set up an order with you. THANKS!
