3D Printer Support from the manufacturer is paramount to me. I’m wondering how you hubs out there find your 3D printer manufacturer’s support on a scale of 1-10.

I run a F-306 from Fusion3 and on the few occasions that I needed to contact them I’ve found them to be responsive and fast, usually within 24hrs, not including weekends. They did on 1 occasion get back to me on a weekend but normally not. More importantly, there info has always been spot on and gets me up and running again 1st try.

I just today got a call from support asking how things were going and just checking up on my printer in general… that’s above and beyond.

I rate Fusion3 a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10, only because there’s generally no weekend support which I can understand.
