Hello,

I sometimes struggle to get onto the 3D hubs site. It takes a long time to load, if at all, and sometimes I get a 502 error.

I have a feeling this is something to do with the servers being strained or something to that effect, because it is not a consistent problem.

Are 3D Hubs aware of this, and are they taking action to resolve connectivity issues?

Thanks for flagging this, indeed our load times have gone up a bit due to increased server load and activity on the platform. We working on both short term optimalizations as well as long term improvements and restructuring of our architecture to make sure we’re in good shape to keep growing.
