Does anyone have a working phone number for 3D Hubs.

The number on their website tells you to press 1, 2 or 3 but no matter what number you press it tells you to email them and they’ll get back to you in 8 hours… I don’t have 8 hours. The website is adding additional items the customer didn’t add, it’s displaying inaccurate prices and the customer says he’s paid but it’s not showing it as paid.
