just curious to know, as every time i go to an open order a link pops up saying i need to enter my payout info and to “click here” i know my payout info is already set up as i regularly receive payouts from 3Dhubs. anyone else experienced this?

Hey @steven_10, we did have some issues this morning considering the payout details. We’ve restored them from a backup and you should be paid out as regular.

There is no indication of malicious behaviour considering this, but thanks for the heads up!

I haven’t seen the popup, but I’ve definitely seen a delay in payouts. I have 9 orders I’m waiting on payouts, 2 of them are 6 days old now. The latest news from @ferkan is that I need to wait another week.

The problem I have is that I’ve paid up-front for shipping on a number of these orders.

Any news/updates from 3D Hubs?
