I’m having issues with a 2040 Turbo (new). Ever since the first print there has been a constant back skipping, however the first 3 prints were fine (~35 hours) now the quality is degrading rapidly.
The only thing that’s changed is one of the students has reset the settings (fail-safe reset). However I’ve got everything nice and level via radius & rod . I’m using good/mid quality filament - rigid.ink.
I thought it might be my .gcode files, however using the supplied Demo files on the SD card, the skipping continues.
