Hey guys.
I have 2 creator pros, a 2015 creator pro that prints perfectly and a 2016 creator pro that i have been using for about a week. I print the same parts over and over that i sell. I bought the second machine to keep up with demand. My new 2016 printer does seem to print ok but it does under extrude and just doesn’t look as nice.
Because they are the same machines i initially used the exact same x3g file. I have since tried to increase the extrusion multiplier to 1.05 which didn’t seem to effect anything. I have also tried swapping the nozzle for a brand new spare with no real improvement. I have tried multiple different filaments, all of which print fine in the other machine. I am using Simplify3D but i am using the same exact files for both machines with different results so i assume it must be something in the machine? Could it be the ptfe tube that is to small? Any ideas??

Can you show us a object printed on each machine? We can speculate but like they say a picture is worth a thousand words 
Any updates on this, I have the same problem to a tee! Driving me nuts
