Looking at getting a couple of sample of this extrusion (.stl attached) But I’m wanting full 1200mm long lengths. How do I find someone who can make lengths like this?

I’ve submitted a couple of orders now to people who can only make up to 300mm long pieces and I feel like I’m just annoying people now. #D Hub has my .stl file as 1200mm long but puts me in contact with people who can not make it.

Any ideas?

I don’t think you will find a printer that can print that tall. That’s almost 4ft tall. Even the gMax 1.5 XT+ tops out at 21 inches.

You need to cut it into shorter pieces then screw them back together.

You can try a professional industrial printing service close to you, some self-built printers on 3DHubs have the height required for this but their quality can be poor and that part does not look like it can stand if you stand it on its end.

Best bet would be make a single smaller piece with jigsaw like holes that allows multiples of the same part to slot or snap into each other.
