This is not the first order I have received in this manner, one guy even tried to order 25 of them.
Ive found it helpful to contact support when I get files with such a big discrepancy so they can hopefully test their software against it later.

I have had this before. It usually represents a model that has inverted normals. That is, the model is bad.
