I have two issues with my hub…
It is showing postage settings to customers that aren’t in my admin view, and I can’t add any title or detail text to uploaded photos… the text boxes just don’t allow me to enter any text.
Who deals with these kinds of problems? Is there a 3dhubs admin?
Try using the Customer Support link at the bottom of this page. It may take them a day or two to respond, but they do.
