Not to sure but that would suck. I know I personally always saw the View Hub button, even before they stopped testing, so I must have been in the group that kept it to start with.
Most cookies have a expire date on them but then does depend on what 3DHubs set the date to.
Hopefully the next change will be the distance to something lower than 250 miles
