Hi there im new in the 3d printing hobby. My new Mini 3d printer worked great when printed out the cat that is included en the sd card. After that it turn on bu cant move the bed read the card or conect to the usb. I really like the printer but dont know what to do. The support on the monoprice site wont answer my emails. If any of you can help.

I had same issue with Monoprice support, then I did live chat with them and the issue was taken care of right away. Another guy mentioned a firmware upgrade. If you haven’t done that then you might want to try it.
