Good thing about the micro… thats about what you need to do… just plug it in;)

I have also now this printer

How can you print large products without the release of the printerbed?

So you can manually set the temperature? or is it like “High, medium, low” ? How about the resolution (how much can you change it?). I would be really interested in a printer like this at home, if you could change these things

What settings have you selected for this one?

oh really? That’s sweet. Do you have some pics for us?

Mostly its about the temperature of the print. With bigger prints it sometimes comes loose a bit.

You can also use the option Wave Bonding. This will make it harder to get the raft off the print though.

Here are a few

Even tried the Colorfabb woodprint that looks pretty cool (chess piece)

You got quite the options here. You can change temp (in degrees C), fill (hollow small walls, thicker walls, low to very high), detail (low to very high)

There are also some people who are getting Cura and G-code support, but i guess thats for the pro’s

There is quite alot to print, but probably you will first print stuff for the printer itself, like: external filament, clips for cables and all, so thats alot of practice stuff to get used to 3d-printing. Then ofcourse some Marvin prints cant be forgotten

How about this one

do you mean your prints gets lose from the bed or the bed itself comes lose? Never had any problems with that… its in there quite hard, spec when you have a spool under it…

Best quality and thickest fill. micro3ds PLA at 220deg

Got any closeup on that wood one? going away for 6 weeks but have to order that one wheb i get back.

Ofcourse! Think it could get more resolution if settings are better, but here it is

my kids are waiting with baited breath! can’t wait to print their TinkerCAD creations!

Sounds great! The fact that I could try the exotic material like woodfill , copperfill etc. in a such a small printer really makes me want to have it.

nice job! im trying to print small too

Nice one, @Sascha_1, that’s a really cool print! Would you be willing to share more details about it in a separate post, such as:

  • Printer model & settings: temperature, speed, layer height, nozzle width, retraction settings or any other relevant details
  • Filament: type, infill, support usage, etc
  • Total print time
  • Images

Let me know!

That looks great! I only got a little M3D filament with the printer, but I have a lot of BotFeeder and MG Chemicals PLA from my other printer so I’m trying to get a good print still. Here’s mine:

Hello Marvin,

How is your experience with other brands filament colors M3D can not deliver
Which brand you recommend me?

Greetings from the Netherlands

We’re you able to calibrate the printer to eliminate the straight line seen at the front of the Marvin?
