Is your print bed leveled maybe that can cause problem and your temperature should be tinkered.

Hi Gerardo! Thanks for all the replies today, you have really saved my day and given me info that will help me a lot in the future and now. I will get rid of the abs filament for now because as you maybe can tell i am a beginner ;). I will use the information of yours and I will try to print my first successfully thing. Thank you again //Fabian

Hi austweb! I really appreciate all the support today and information you have given me. It has helped a lot for now and for the future  I hope you have an nice evening and hopefully when I get as good as you I can maybe help you with something  //Fabian

Thanks for the help today Colin and now I know why the tips didn’t work. I used the wrong material as dumb as I am but I can blame it on a beginner mistake. I’m sry if I confused you before but I will defiantly use your tips thanks again //Fabian

Haha great maybe Isent the right word but thanks anyways

If you’re printing PLA, you don’t want to heat the bed. Take a look over the article, and good luck! How To Succeed When 3D Printing With PLA Filament | MatterHackers

Ok i will try that thanks!

Same here the print just clumbs up without heat

The strangest thing of all is that the preprint or what you should call it when it goes in a straight line works great but then when it starts to print it clumbs up together like a ball on the nozzle

Your temps are to high for PLA, Try the extruder at 200 and the bed at 70, (Celsius).

I tried that now but it clumbed up on the nozzle. But the strangest thing is that it works fine when it goes on a straight line before the print itself

I can print the so called preprint or what its called. Anyway its before it starts the real print and just goes in a straight line. But then when the nozzle moves to the middle of the bed and starts to print nothing sticks to the bed and everything just clumbs up on the nozzle and i need to stop the print. Does someone know solution to this? or is my machine that i got yesterday broken?

is the problem that I sprayed hairspray on the tape over the bed so the tape lost grip?

Big possibility, I would definitely avoid doing that, as you said, that tape will more than likely come away under the spray.

Use either, but not both at the same time.

This is the best surface I have found so far

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013HJBA4?psc=1&redirect=true&ref\_=od\_aui\_detailpages00

Google the product for 3D Printing, you’ll possibly find there are lots about it.

I have it on all my machines.

And this is the Tape to hold it to your bed

http://www.amazon.com/TapeCase-468MP-Adhesive-Transfer-Tape/dp/B007Y7D0I6/ref=pd\_sim\_328\_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=1JDC1ZJMREXW02ADKPYV

No, I have nothing to do with these sellers, I just bought mine from them…

I think that the problem was that I didn’t know that I was printing with abs and that’s why it didn’t stick to the bed because the settings was for pla. Then I tried hairspray and it still didn’t work and when I found out that I was using pla I changed the settings and so it would be for pla. But then I didn’t have any grip on the tape lbecause I had sprayed hairspray, or am I lost?

And before the machine starts the print it goes in a line on the outer if the bed and there it grips but not when it goes to the middle and that’s because I sprayed hairspray there I think because I did it only in the middle of the bed for like 2 sec or so

Can you replace the tape and start with a fresh bed surface?

Might be a good idea to remove the current tape and replace it, then do a thorough bed level.

I’ll try that now and see if it works,

HI,

First I would check your bed level. If it’s perfect then I would recommend to use spray (3DLac) or Builtak. Although Builtak in combination with ABS might have it too sticky.

I have 2 FF creators with over 3000 working hours on them, have never used 2 heads at one time. When I got my 2nd I took the left side off as soon as I got it. 1. For PLA you are printing way too hot, I would never go over 210 on extruder and no more than 50 on bed. Don’t need heat bed for PLA but I like how it evaporates hairspray fast. 2. Not sure what a dreamer has for a build plate, removable? Spray some hairspray on it, I use superhold aquanet. 3. Go on thingiverse and get a model for a filament fan. This will improve the quality of ur prints greatly.

Try lowering the temp for printing to 200 and the bed to 50.
