Hi I have a similar problem except when I have unclogged the stepper motor, removed any blocked filament, reloaded the filament and had it extrude properly then after about 30 mins of printing it clogs again. Is it a temperature issue - it just started happening this week and before it has been fine. Ut has happened on the last 3 models, starting out fine then eventually failing. Ima using Dremel filament so quality should not be an issue, the printer is in a small room which is warm (23C) not hot or cold both fans working fine. Any help gratefully received

Thanks for that. I wish that I had seen your directions before I basically did just that. It seems to be working. However, some ptfe bushings fell out that I can’t identify where they go. I thought that they were spacers for the 2 screws, but they won’t fit in that assembly. Any idea where they might be from?

Have had same problem with extrusion stopping. No clogging. The stepper motor is only being properly powered on one pole. So just clicks.

Tracked problem to the ribbon cable having a bad connection. Disconnecting and reconnecting fixes but issue reoccurs. Anyone suggest a permanent solution?
