That’s way too small for FFF / FDM printers like the Lulzbot. I don’t even know if resin printers can print that tiny parts, you should also consider industrial size printers (not to buy the machine, but to order parts) as those might get even more detail and even smaller details.

It’s possible to print a 0.02" wall with a LulzBot machine, but the part will be fragile.

So minimum micron level refers to the minimum layer height the device will officially print in. What are your original part dimiensions? Do you intend to print conceptual models? The lulzbot is a fantastic printer but it really comes down to what your attempting to print and what purpose those prints are for.
