Thanks! I will go check it out.

Can you specify what you mean by “often”? Would you remove the filament over the weekend if you don’t use it? Or should we only remove it when we go a week or more without running the machine? Thanks for the help!

Sorry for the late reply.

The Onyx One is from Markforged.

The company has been around for a couple years, but the Onyx One was just released.

Its essentially the same printer they’ve been selling for the past year (based on the Mark Two), but limits

the print capability to printing only with their Onyx Nylon/Carbon Fiber composite.

They also have a version of the printer called the Onyx Pro, that adds the ability to reinforce parts with continuous strands of fiberglass. Its a proprietary process, but still functions like a dual-nozzle FDM printer. it enables you to build strong functional parts.

I’m a reseller for Markforged, I’m happy to help further if you have any interest.

Thanks Matt,

Sorry I’ve been AWOL lately. Thank you for the reply! I appreciate the information. At this point, we already have the CubePro at work so I have to learn how to use that one! I may be in the market (personally) for another printer at some point and will definitely look up the Onyx One.

Thanks again,
Adam
